[ it does occur to her that obviously dani has to know about vampires, considering lexi is his partner, but that doesn't mean anything! people really enjoy hating her because she was murdered and didn't get a say about it! ]

I had to compel my mom to forget I'm a vampire so she wouldn't hate me and my dad definitely hates me so I don't have very much luck telling people

It really took being tortured for my mom to see me as her daughter again which is pretty messed up actually

And I still want to go home to that so maybe messed up runs in the family!
